Day1

My experience of meditation
It was a usual day after office hours I came home finished with my dinner at 8 and sat in front of the idiot box(tv). Than went for a short walk in parking area had a pan (beetle nut) nothing was new till now.
At 11.45 I came upstairs and it was almost 2.30 past my dinner so went for bath as today was guru purnima I wanted to restart my meditation schedule.
After taking bath I went to my meditation room which I had prepared today only. It contains almost no furniture except a table and cupboard. This was the room I rarely used to visit so looked for the needed things in my practice of yoga.
Found my diva ghee and match box and woolen mattress on which I used to sit upon.

I started with control of breathing in which u r suppose to have shushumna nadi to b active. In this process inhale from surya nadi and exhale from chandra nadi repeating opposite for five times to activate shushumna. I lit the diva and started tratak (looking at one place without blinking eyes). As this helps to get fast results of meditation. As I was doing tratak for around seven minutes eyes were tired so closed eyes to start my main part of meditation but the wick of diva fall on one side and the burning part was gone so it was all dark around. I started my meditation keeping my both hands near nabhi (umbilical area).now I stared to concentrate on my forehead between the two eyebrows but as I was doing after a long time it took few more minutes to concentrate well.
I was almost lost now feeling my breaths getting short keeping it inside my body for longer than I usually keep in my routine I was feeling the every cell of my body was getting concentrate at a single place where I was keeping my eyesight between the eyebrows.
Suddenly I felt the gush of air sound and the diva was lighten up again it was really the most unusual experience I ever had no Ghee was used nor the metal cup used as diva was heated for few minutes I was afraid but than everything was fine and I washed my hands n feet to go in bed it was the most sound sleep I ever had.
